Rates & Policies
- All prices are per night and based on two people occupancy per cabin/unit /RV. Additional adults ( 16 ys old or older ) $15.00/night ; Additional kids (10-15 ys old ) $9.00 ; Kids 9 or under Free. We are PET FRIENDLY and we charge $7.00/pet/night. All prices do NOT include taxes.
- All our cabins come equipped with ( included in the price ) linens, blankets, pillows, pillow covers, comforters, towels, Pots, pans and cutlery. Water in cabins must be boiled before drinking. No bathroom soaps supplied. Towels and bedding are going to be changed once a week ; early change $5.00 / set.
- We charge two night deposit + taxes ( or 50% for 5 night stay or longer ). Deposit by E-transfer is preferred, deposit with a credit card has a 5% fee. Non refundable with a 45 days cancellation policy. Same day cancellation will result in a 100% cost of stay payment. 100% of stay is required to be paid upon arrival. Rental of 3 or more units : 65% deposit with 75 days cancellation policy. Cancellation fee per unit: $30.00 if cancelled outside of the 45 / 75 day window. Check in time is 2.00 p.m. and check-out time 10.00 a.m. Low season rates, specials, long term stay discount available : please ask for details.
- Boats, canoes & kayaks will be charged fully in advance with a 1 week cancellation policy.
